I was looking at the picture trying to visualize it and I could. But I don't know what the tube/hole on the very right is leading to...I guessed another farm or outside or something but I am not sure....

The hole on the right is stopped up now but I could attach a tube at a later date and connect to something else, maybe a terrarium for an "outside" arena for the ants.Your Agent from the Planet Zanti

I failed many times in raising queens but I think you should put your queen with her 4 eggs in a small enclosed area where she knows the exit and entrance. I think scent plays a great deal in queen...

I think you committed a mistake moving her with eggs before the first worker was born.Now i suggest you to but her into the nest and let her breeding without move her anymore.
